Watson Jones Jr.

Watson Jones, Jr. was born on December 5, 1963, to the late Lorine and Watson Jones, Sr. He transitioned to eternal rest on June 5, 2023, surrounded by his family.
He joined Antioch Baptist Church at an early age. Later, he moved his membership to Star Bethel Primitive Baptist Church where he remained.
He was united in Holy Matrimony to the love of his life, Maggie. Three children were born to this union, Brittani (Morris) Polion, Christi (Robert) Noland and Watson RaShaad Jones. Also, cherishing his precious memories is a bonus son, Lanathan Jones; siblings, Lois (Willie) Bettis, Ella (Johnny) Barren, Oliver (Gennette) Jones, Melvyn Jowers, Belvis (Richard Myers) Cater and Mary (Ricky) Gamble; bonus brother, Michael (Janice) Dunning; five grandchildren, Y’shante Jones, Karson Stallworth, Kennedy Polion, Sebastian Jones and Reese Noland; one great grandchild, Kahlil Mabson; aunts, Geneva Sewell, Josephine Patterson, Louise Dixon and Peggie Jones; a devoted friend, Mary Jane Loftin; one very devoted cousin, Larry Patterson; one special cousin, Milton Jones and a host of other relatives and friends.
