Sister Sherita Latrelle Westbrook was born November 8, 1979 to Phillip and Jessie Westbrook in Wilcox County, Alabama.
At an early age, she confessed Christ and joined the St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church. She was active in the choir and youth ministry.
Sje was a joy to be around and her smile would light up the room. She was a proud graduate of the class of 1998 from Marengo County High School and a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. who was her extended family and supported her during her illness.
Her smile and affection will be missed by all those who came in contact with her.
Sister Sherita Westbrook transitioned from her earthly to Heavenly home on September 22, 2020 at Mobile Infirmary Medical Center in Mobile, Alabama.
She was proceeded in death by her sister, Thelma Westbrook; her paternal grandparents and great grandparents; her maternal grandparents and great grandparents.
She leaves to cherish her memories: her parents, Phillip and Jessie Westbrook; one aunt (reared as her sister), Tammie Westbrook; Godsons, Jaylan and Javien Westbrook; five great aunts, Ollie Pullum, Katherine Wiley, Christine Hives, Gloria Westbrook and Elma Westbrook; three uncles, Terry (Tonya) Agee, Leroy (Nadine) Jones and Daniel (Vickie) Jones; two deceased uncles, Emmanuel Jones and Joe Jones (Brenda Jones); ten aunts, Ola Johnson, Bernice (Jimmy) LaSure, Annie Williams, Linda Smith, Glenda (Terry) Walton, Reva (Charley) Pritchett, Gloria Scales, Grace (Todd) Sams and Loretta Allen; fiance',Jammie Woods; a host of special cousins, other close relatives, friends, extended family, Wings of Eagles Motorcycle Riding Club and St. Paul Church family.
