Carlynn Mae (Curtis) Robinson

Carlynn Mae (Curtis) Robinson, age 60, of Linden, AL., formerly a long-time resident of Columbus, Ohio passed away at the University of Alabama- Birmingham Hospital in Birmingham on October 20, 2018.

Carlynn was born on November 15 1957 in Columbus, OH., to Carl E. and Barbara J. (Griffin) Curtis.

Carlynn married her husband of 40 years, Albert F. Robinson, Jr. in 1978. The couple settled in Columbus OH., before moving to Alabama in 1998, where they raised their 5 children; Albert, Eric, Carla, Alecia and Christopher.

Carlynn was a devoted and loving mother. She was very proud of er family and was excited to become a grandmother "Mawmaw" to her 8 grandchildren. Carlynn loved holidays and family get-togethers; any chance to spend with her family was important to her. She enjoyed the gregarious fellowship and many laughs.

Carlynn is survived by her devoted husband, Albert F. Robinson, Jr., and her devoted children: Albert Darnell Robinson, Dr. Eric (Millicent) Robinson, Carla M. Robinson, Alecia M. Robinson, and Christopher M. Robinson. A loving grandmother to; Amber M.Robinson (honorary child), Makayla M. Robinson, Jadon Williams, Charity Williams, Genevie Robinson, Alex Robinson, Tyler Long, and Malachi Long. A caring sister to; Gene (Shelia) Curtis, Kevin Curtis and Tricia Curtis.
